We'll talk about how you want your guests to feel and your goals for floral impact. Your event florals are so much more than just another thing on the to-do list, they are at the heart of any event.

We'll email a preliminary mood board with the colors and aesthetics discussed on our call. This is to show that we have deeply understood the vision and offer a framework for how we would create for your event.

Once you are in love with the mood board and have picked an investment plan, a proposal with our contract and retainer invoice is sent over. We ask you to read through everything thoroughly and ask any questions you may have! This ensures all parties are on the same page and understand each other's expectations.

Congrats! You've just enrolled in a stress-free floral experience. A welcome email will be sent once the contract and retainer are in order. This email outlines your next steps.

This is an in-depth call four months before your event to confirm floral items and finalize design elements. The goal of this meeting is to connect and get on the same page.

The final invoice is sent two months before the event date once all items are approved.

My team and I arrive at the venue at the time shared in the timeline. We do all setup and floral design. Strike is included in all events we work on.
