A study in rich color, natural texture, and considered restraint, this two-day event brought a layered approach to floral and botanical design across several distinct environments in Park City. Working within a palette of deep wine tones and summer greens, each design was thoughtfully tailored to the setting, purpose, and rhythm of the experience.

The event opened with a welcome gathering featuring a low, meadow-inspired tablescape, intentionally designed to honor the client’s request for a more restrained floral profile. At The Arena at Blue Sky, potted plants and considered floral details brought warmth and visual interest to the meeting environment, creating a polished atmosphere that remained approachable and organic. For the closing dinner at WildKitchen, trailing vines softened the architecture while a minimal composition of seasonal vegetables and florals offered an unexpected, sculptural focal point.

Across two days of programming, the floral design was developed as an integral part of the guest experience—balancing brand, setting, and function while creating environments that felt intentional, immersive, and distinctly their own.
